The Opportunity

The Customer Service Representative serves a critical function on our team – making sure that our customers receive top-notch service. This role is responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, assessing their needs, and scheduling jobs for our customers.

Compensation & Benefits

• $18 / hour + Performance Bonus and Incentives. Our CSRs averaged over $28 / hour in 2024!
