As an Electronic Device Technician at our stores, you will be a go-to person for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic devices. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our clients’ needs are not only met but exceeded, leaving them with a positive and lasting 5-star impression.

Key Responsibilities :

• Diagnose and Troubleshoot : Utilize your exceptional technical and analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot issues in electronic devices accurately.
• Client-Focused Service : Provide personalized recommendations for problem resolution and communicate complex technical issues in a simple, understandable manner to clients.
• Repair and Replacement : Offer transparent repair and replacement estimates to clients, ensuring complete satisfaction and confidence in our services.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed industry quality standards, upholding the reputation of our brand.
• Client Engagement : We g reet clients quickly, warmly, answer phone calls professionally, and maintain a positive and friendly environment, setting the stage for superior client experience.
• Accessory Knowledge : Stay informed about the latest accessory inventory, utilizing your expertise to provide tailored recommendations to clients.
• Inventory Management : Keep track of all devices and inventory, safeguarding stock and maintaining accurate records using the point-of-sale system.

Compensation :

The pay range for this role is $37,500 - $49,920 ($18 hr-$24 hr), with the potential to earn uncapped commissions and tips. Current Technicians, on average can make an additional $3 to $8 per hour through commissions and tips alone. Additionally, we offer a shared cost comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plan to support our team’s well-being after 60 days.
