Job description

Join our team as a Behavior Technician & Registered Behavior Technician!

As a Behavior Technician (BT) & Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Implementing personalized behavior intervention programs under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collecting and accurately recording data on client progress and behaviors.
  • Assisting in the development and execution of effective behavior support plans.
  • Providing direct, one-on-one therapy to clients utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
  • Teaching and reinforcing essential social, communication, and daily living skills.
  • Collaborating with the BCBA to make necessary modifications to treatment plans.
  • Building strong, positive relationships with clients and their families.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Note : While prior experience as a Behavior Technician or in working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred, it is not mandatory. Comprehensive training will be provided!
