You will be working hand in hand with our product team, stakeholders and customers to reimagine and create the best application experience and workflow automation products and services in the prop-tech ecosystem.

WHAT YOU'LL DO Serve as a UI / UX design expert as we define new product lines and iterate on existing features, working closely with the tech, product management, and customer experience teams to ensure our digital products are desirable, valuable, usable, and feasible.

Work with cross-functional teams to gain a deep understanding of our business and our members to help inform design decisions.

Deliver intuitive and elegant designs for all stages of digital production, from concept to completion.

Create deliverables including user flows, product maps, wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and final visual designs.

Create and maintain a design system that delivers a consistent and on-brand experience throughout all of our digital products.

Participate heavily in customer research and usability testing to translate insights into design solutions and push the evolution of our product.

Connect research findings from multiple projects / sources and provide insights to help us define and solve problems, deepening the understanding of our user base.

Work closely with others to seek out diverse data points (heuristics, Voice of the Customer, statistical analyses) and triangulate them, synthesizing insights to build narratives and frame complex problems.

Distill complex problems into insights that inform design, development, and business decisions.

Help us build a solid research foundation by growing and maintaining our user research insights library.

ABOUT YOU At least 5 years designing SaaS or customer-facing products with a strong emphasis on visual and experience design.

You've been working with Figma as a design platform.

You've worked cross-organizationally at a fast-growing company and understand how research needs evolve to stay ahead of the curve.

You know the ins and outs of user experience research techniques including the strengths and weaknesses of each.

You're comfortable communicating with just about anyone : high-level executives, entry-level associates, engineers, IT teams, and designers.

You have the ability to work confidently and creatively on ambiguous problems.

You love working collaboratively and bring out the best in your team. You solicit feedback on your own work and add value to others' work.

You have experience working closely with engineers and product managers.

Strong understanding of how to conduct user research and usability testing.

Academic background in Design, HCI, or substantial relevant experience.
