Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

💼 What You’ll Do :

As a Mortgage Loan Closer, you’ll be responsible for managing and finalizing a variety of mortgage transactions across multiple states, including :

• Conventional, FHA, VA, refinance, and second mortgage closings
• Ensuring compliance with TRID , federal / state regulations, and company policies
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to meet closing deadlines
• Handling sensitive documentation with professionalism and integrity

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Scottsdale, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $60000.00 / yr.

Benefits : On the first of the month, following a 30-day waiting period, IHL Offers a full range of
