Core Clinical Partners is seeking a BC / BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join our dedicated hospitalist team at Blanchard Valley Hospital in Findlay, Ohio . Position Highlights :

• Hospital Size : 150-bed acute care facility
• Trauma Level : Level III Trauma Center
• Referral Reach : Eight-county region in Northwest Ohio
• Average Daily Census (ADC) : 14–15 ± 2
• Total Night Admissions :
• Open ICU : 16-bed ICU and 18-bed CCU
• Team Model :
• 5 Daytime Hospitalists
• 1 Dedicated Nocturnist
• 4 APPs : 1 Day Admitter, 1 Day Rounder, 1 Swing APP
• Shifts : 12-hour blocks (7P–7A)
• EMR : Cerner
• Employment Model : W-2 with full benefits
• Specialties & Services : Full subspecialty support and Intensivists
