Operations Support Specialist
This position is based at our Corporate Headquarter in Oak Ridge, TN. The deadline to apply for this opportunity is November 19, 2025.
Role : The Operations Support Specialist provides support to members, departments and vendors, relating to return mail, core related system integrations, mail codes, and verification of deposits. This role is also responsible for reviewing, preparing and processing subpoena documents from all legal entities.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities :
- Reviews and updates member contact information ensuring all personal identifying information is accurate and the core system is updated accordingly. Collaborates with business lines to ensure member information is accurate and exceptions are identified and updated. Escalates trends to management to ensure timely correction.
- Reviews subpoena requests to ensure it aligns with credit union procedures and government laws and regulations.
- Processes Verification of Deposit.
- Reviews credit union systems and documents to validate member personal information. Researches discrepancies and verifies accuracy from approved sources such as member confirmation or legal documents.
- Supports handling and maintenance of employee accounts.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Experience : One or more years of customer service experience with proficient written and verbal communications skills is required. Experience with credit union systems and processes is preferred. Experience reviewing legal documents is preferred.
Education : High School diploma or GED is required.
