Responsibilities

Client Engagement : Proactively reach out to potential clients to understand their insurance needs and offer suitable products and solutions.

Policy Analysis : Evaluate existing policies and provide recommendations for new or additional insurance coverages.

Market Research : Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to provide insightful advice to clients.

Sales Targets : Strive to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Networking : Attend industry events and seminars to promote the company's services and expand its client base.

Requirements

Licensing : Must possess or obtain a valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance license

Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.

Communication Skills : Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.

Customer Service : Strong desire to meet and exceed client expectations with a customer-centric attitude.

Problem Solving : Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.

Team-Oriented : Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment to achieve common goals.

Local Connection : Familiarity with Mifflin, Juniata Counties and the surrounding area is highly desirable.
