Responsibilities

As a Structural Engineering Leader in our growing Seattle office, you'll take ownership of a wide variety of building projects-ranging from data center, commercial, and industrial through to healthcare and multi-family.

You will :

Deliver exceptional client service

Develop and grow new and existing client relationships in Seattle, PNW, andWest CoastMarkets.

Collaborate withother leaders to developan actionagrowth plan forStructural Engineering practice in Seattle and greater PNW

Lead, develop,recruit,and mentorjunior and mid-level staff.

Act as StructuralEoR, Structural Discipline Lead, or Project Manageron projects

Lead structural design and analysis for new and existing buildings, including rehab, repairs, and site structures

Collaborate withowners,architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored engineering solutions

Managetimelines, budgets, and client relationships

Stay ahead of industry trends, codes, and standards-and integrate them into every design

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, including preparing project reports and presentations

Qualifications

Licensed Structural Engineer (SE) in Washington withabilityto get licensure in California and Oregon preferred.

Bachelor's or Master's(preferred)in Civil / StructuralEngineering from an ABET-accredited program

Proficiencyinindustry standard structural analysis and documentation tools(CSiSuite, REVIT, Rhino,Bluebeam,etc)

Strong command of building codes, structural systems, and engineering best practices

Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills

Detail-oriented, creative problem solver, and client-focused mindset

ExperienceinPerformance Based Designor Computational Designis a bonus.

Salary Detail : $150k-$220k

Eligible for Performance Based Bonus Compensation
