Radiologic Technologist Job Details
Location : Columbus, OH 43210 (Ohio healthcare jobs)
Facility Setting : Operating Room, Outpatient, Inpatient, Level I Trauma Center
Employment Type : Travel Contract
Start Date : February 2, 2026
End Date : May 4, 2026
Contract Duration : 13 weeks
Shift : 4x10-hour days (11 : 30am – 10 : 00pm) or 5x8-hour days (2nd shift, starting at 10am or 11am)
Hours per Week : 40
Call : Rotating call and weekend coverage
Estimated Weekly Salary : $2110 - $2160
Radiologic Technologist Qualifications
Valid Radiologic Technologist (RT) certification with ARRT registration
Current BLS certification (healthcare provider)
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Rad Tech, preferably in Level I Trauma or teaching hospital settings
Proficiency in C-arm and O-arm operation (must have 3s or 4s for C-arm and O-arm)
Experience with X-ray procedures in surgical / operating room environments
Ability to float to other units or locations of equal acuity as needed
Experience with Epic charting system preferred
Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
Education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
Two professional references required (one from a manager / director or supervisor)
Radiologic Technologist Responsibilities
Deliver expert C-arm and O-arm imaging coverage for surgical procedures in the Operating Room
Perform X-ray imaging for perioperative and trauma interventions
Collaborate with surgical and medical teams to ensure optimal patient care
Maintain imaging equipment and follow all safety protocols
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with radiologic technology advancements
Support inpatient and outpatient imaging needs as required
