Job description
A company is looking for a Digital Accessibility & Academic Technology Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct accessibility audits and assessments to ensure compliance with WCAG standards
Provide technical support for academic technology and assist faculty in course development
Offer training and consultation on accessibility and Universal Design for Learning principles
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant accessibility certifications / training
At least 2 years of experience with ADA, Section 504 / 508, and WCAG standards
Minimum 2 years of experience in user experience and technical support
Minimum 3 years of experience with Brightspace LMS or similar platforms in higher education
Experience supporting students with disabilities in higher education settings is desired
