An experienced, hands-on Product Design Manager to lead and grow our talented design team. In this role, you'll blend deep product design expertise with strong people leadership to deliver exceptional, user-centric experiences that scale with our expanding mid-market customer base. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision, strong design craft, and sharp attention to detail. They thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can quickly adapt to shifting priorities and business needs.

What You Will Do :

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of product designers by setting clear goals, providing feedback, and helping them grow and deliver their best work.
• Stay hands-on with design, guiding projects, reviewing work, and maintaining a strong eye for detail to ensure all design meets the highest standards of quality, consistency, and usability.
• Drive creative problem solving across the team to find innovative and practical solutions to complex design challenges.
• Define success metrics for design initiatives, track outcomes, and use data and feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, QA, and Research to turn business requirements and user needs into clear, effective design solutions.
• Partner with UX researchers on explorative and evaluative studies to uncover insights and inform design direction.
• Shape and evolve design systems, patterns, and processes to maintain consistency and efficiency across the platform.
• Build a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and accountability where designers are empowered to take ownership and deliver impact.
• Advocate for the user throughout the product development process, ensuring design decisions balance usability, business goals, and technical realities
