Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer with deep expertise in Java Development to lead a team of talented engineers in designing, building, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications. You will play a key role in architectural decisions, mentoring team members, and driving technical excellence across projects.

This role will be an onsite position and candidates will need to be based in Dallas, TX or a commutable location.

Dallas, TX onsite; Salary : $125,000.00-$170,000.00

Responsibilities

Lead software engineering efforts to design, build, and maintain scalable enterprise applications.
Make architectural decisions and mentor team members to drive technical excellence across projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field

Strong proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and related technologies

Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL)

Familiar with CI / CD processes, containerization, and Agile SDLC framework

Knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit, PowerMock, Mockito)

Knowledge of server-less framework (Lambda)

Experience optimizing application performance and troubleshooting issues

Fast learner of new and emerging technologies

The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
