Enrollment Team Lead

A company is looking for a Team Lead Enrollment to manage day-to-day operational activities related to membership records and payment reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee Enrollment Specialists to ensure compliance with service level agreements and regulatory guidelines

Manage staff performance, including quality reviews and disciplinary actions

Identify process improvement opportunities and implement continuous improvement methodologies

Required Qualifications

Associates Degree in business, healthcare, or related field, or equivalent work experience

Minimum of three years of healthcare experience, including at least one year in enrollment / eligibility

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Visio, and PowerPoint

Expert proficiency in Facets subscriber / member setup and benefits eligibility

SQL knowledge preferred
