What You'll Do

As a Phase II / PACU RN , you'll play a critical role in post-anesthesia recovery, ensuring each patient receives safe, compassionate care as they transition from surgery to discharge.

Phase II / PACU Responsibilities :

?? Receive handoff from PACU or OR nurse.

?? Monitor vital signs, airway, respiratory and circulatory status.

?? Administer medications and follow physician orders.

?? Promote patient comfort, privacy, and safety.

?? Educate patients and families on post-operative care and discharge instructions.

?? Coordinate smooth, timely patient discharge, ensuring a seamless transition home.

?? Complete post-operative calls and provide follow-up care.

What We're Looking For

Licensure & Certification :

? Active Oklahoma RN License (or eligibility)

? BLS Certification (within 30 days of hire)

? ACLS / PALS Certification (within 6 months of hire)

Experience :

? Minimum 1 year of experience in PACU, Phase II recovery, critical care, or similar post-anesthesia setting preferred.
