Job Description :

• Operation of Equipment
• Proper Sanitation and Preventative Maintenance of Equipment.
• Proper Sanitation and Preventative Maintenance of floors, walls, drains, shelves.
• Proper labeling, rotation, and organization of product in walk-in cooler, prep room, and dry storage.
• Follow Marzoni's recipes to standard to prepare quality product.
• Follow Preparation Par Level Sheets to maintain proper production and control food waste.
• Document Food waste and alcohol used in production.
• Performs other duties as assigned or directed.
