Pay Rate : $1983.95 - $2173.90

Wisconsin state licensed PT needed for new inpatient rehab facility in Cleveland, Wisconsin. 40 hour work week; no call, no weekends. Inpatient rehab experience preferred (SNF and Acute experience along with new grads considered).
