Job Title : RN Case Manager
Location : Grand Blanc, MI
Contract Length : 13 Weeks
Weekly Gross : $2100 - $2200 / weekly
Required Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of acute inpatient case management experience , including acute discharge planning .
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Required
- BLS Certification – Must be current and issued through AHA .
- Active and unrestricted RN license in the State of Michigan .
- Experience with CarePort – Required
- Able and willing to be physically present on patient floors and engage directly with patients.
- Ability to acclimate quickly and work independently with minimal supervision.
