What You'll Need :

• 3+ years of heating and cooling experience
• Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial systems and equipment
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Availability to participate in an on-call rotation schedule
• 5+ years of experience - preferred and eligible for a signing bonus
• NATE certification - preferred
• "Service MVP" experience - preferred

COMMERCIAL HVAC SERVICE TECH PAY AND PERKS :

Depending on experience and qualifications, you could make $80,000 to $200,000 / year! If you have over 5 years of experience, we'll also throw in a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 depending on qualifications and experience. That's on top of our terrific benefits package , which includes :
