Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field.

Candidates must have ARRT certification or RCES certification.

Description :

This position is for a backfill EP Tech for a contract position lasting 13 weeks.

The schedule is from 06 : 30 AM to 05 : 00 PM.

On-call duty is required.

The unit has one lab with a staff of 3-4 individuals per procedure, including anesthesia.

Staffing consists of a mix of techs and RNs during the day shift, with no night shift staff.

Patient ratios will be 1 : 1.

The equipment used includes Philips EMR and Meditech.

Typical procedures performed in the unit include standard implant procedures.

All EP ablation cases except VT will be performed.

Watchman procedures are also conducted.

The lab operates at a high volume.

Candidates should possess a sense of urgency due to the busy nature of the lab.

Scrubs will be provided by the facility, and candidates are expected to adhere to the dress code guidelines.

The unit has achieved the fourth highest engagement score in the hospital.
