Position Overview :

The Millwork Case Mechanic is responsible for assembling and installing casework and cabinetry components in accordance with shop drawings and specifications. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assemble casework units from shop drawings using dowels, screws, glue, and fasteners.
• Fit and install drawers, doors, and hardware on millwork components.
• Verify accuracy of parts and adjust for proper alignment and functionality.
• Work with laminates, veneers, hardwoods, and plywood.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and installers to ensure build quality and field readiness.
• Perform quality checks on completed units for finish, fit, and function.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety protocols.
