Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage a national pipeline of joint venture opportunities across various verticals

Own the entire business development lifecycle, including prospecting, relationship development, and closing

Collaborate with internal teams to define value propositions and ensure smooth onboarding of new joint ventures

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

10+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or partnership leadership

Strong network and credibility in the real estate, builder, or lending ecosystem

Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and executive relationships

High degree of business acumen and technical aptitude
