We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Medical Receptionist / Patient Services to join our patient-centered team! The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in front desk or patient services, and a passion for providing excellent care in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and compassion
• Schedule and confirm appointments using EMR software
• Verify insurance information and process patient paperwork
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
• Support the clinical and administrative teams as needed
