Job Description

We are seeking a Treasury Analyst II to join our Treasury Team. Bose Corporation is a research company dedicated to developing breakthrough technologies and quality products that enrich people's lives.

Responsibilities :

• Monitor short term and long term domestic and international liquidity requirements
• Forecast and manage intercompany positions by coordinating with international colleagues
• Execute the foreign exchange hedging program in accordance with policy
• Perform month-end close entries and approvals as required
• Support year-end financial audit including footnote disclosures
• Coordinate bank / 3rd party documentation requests
• Identify and implement process improvement needs
• Maintain relationships with our banking partners
• Perform / prepare wire transfers and intercompany bank transfers, as needed
• Serve as cross-functional backup for other department duties, including, but not limited to : daily domestic and international cash management, preparation of factoring proposals, month end close, and bank portal maintenance
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (tax, accounting, legal and divisional finance), as required

Qualifications :

Education : BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other quantitative major
