We're seeking an experienced and seasoned Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time and within budget, ideally with exposure to manufacturing, product development, or technical solutions. You should be comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across global teams, translating customer needs into actionable project plans, and adapting quickly in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. Strong communication skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to balance competing priorities are essential. This role has an onsite work schedule requiring the person to be in the onsite location five days a week.

What You Will Do :

• Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget across a portfolio of active and pipeline development initiatives
• Partner with customers and business development teams in project meetings to understand part requirements, validation needs, and certification expectations, translating them into actionable project objectives
• Develop comprehensive project scopes, timelines, and detailed plans in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility and resource alignment
• Coordinate product realization processes that balance speed-to-market with quality, managing internal resources and external vendors for flawless execution
• Monitor and measure project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies, providing regular, robust updates to leadership, clients, and external teams
• Mitigate project risks proactively while managing changes to scope, schedule, and costs through established verification and change control processes
• Document and maintain comprehensive project records, escalating issues to management when needed and ensuring transparency across all project phases
