JOB DETAILS

16-week initial contract with 13-week renewals\nDays & nights available with every other weekend required\nProvide compassionate, hands-on care to patients\nPerform comprehensive assessments to evaluate patient needs\nAdminister medications and monitor effectiveness\nAssist patients in developing healthy coping skills\nObserve, document, and report changes in behavior and condition\nEnsure proper management and documentation of all medications\nMaintain thorough and up-to-date patient records\nWork closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care

REQUIREMENTS

Graduate of an accredited nursing program\nActive, unencumbered nursing license in North Carolina\nCurrent BLS certification through the American Heart Association\nAt least 1 year of recent experience in a hospital setting\nDirect patient care experience within the past 12 months\nSuccessful completion of required screenings, including background check, drug test, and competency evaluation\nDzeel Clinical Job ID #11.\nAbout Dzeel Clinical
