We're hiring RBT-certified professionals to provide in-home and daycare-based ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. At Flywheel Centers, you'll be supported by a clinical team that truly values your work-and you'll help children build essential skills that last a lifetime.

What You'll Do :

Deliver 1 : 1 ABA therapy to children with autism in daycare, center, or home settings

Implement behavior treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA

Use positive reinforcement to help children improve daily functioning

Track progress and collaborate closely with the clinical team

What You'll Need :

High school diploma or equivalent

Must be RBT-certified (required)

Prior ABA experience (required)

At least 18 years of age

Reliable personal transportation for client visits
