Warehouse Logistics Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented logistics professional ready to take your warehouse expertise to the next level? Qualified Staffing is seeking a motivated Warehouse Logistics Specialist to join our clients team in Byron, Ga.

Position Details :

  • Hours : Monday Friday, 7 : 30 AM 4 : 00 PM
  • Pay : $18.00 / hour
  • Openings : 1

Key Responsibilities :

  • Process parts and equipment through warehouse systems and maintain accurate management databases.
  • Manage inventory for accuracy and accountability.
  • Perform shipping and receiving, including documentation, data entry, and coordinating carriers.
  • Package materials for shipment following military standards (IAW MIL-STD).
  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, lifts, and banding machines.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety guidelines.
  • Review files to support the Quality Management System and provide warehouse administrative support.
  • Adhere to safety, quality, and training initiatives and support additional tasks as assigned.

    • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associates degree in a related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of warehouse logistics experience, preferably in aerospace or global logistics.
  • Experience with shipping hazardous materials, large freight, and international shipments.
  • Current drivers license and U.S. work authorization; ability to obtain security clearance.
  • Forklift operators license preferred.
  • Knowledge of MIL-STD 2073, 129, and 130 is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a team.
