About The Position

Cath Lab Tech, Radiology, Cardiology, 13 weeks, Day, 4x10 hours, 1 year experience, Wisconsin / compact license required, BLS, ACLS, CCI RCIS or ARRT R.

Description :

Start date is two weeks from acceptance for compliance requirements.

Shift is four 10-hour days, from 08 : 00 to 18 : 30, Monday through Friday, with on-call requirements.

Candidates must have at least one year of travel experience.

Epic charting experience is preferred but not required.

First-time travelers are not accepted; candidates must have travel experience.

Certifications required include BLS, ACLS, and either CCI RCIS or ARRT R.

On-call duty is required on a rotating basis during weekdays and every third weekend.

Local candidates are accepted.

Pending licenses may be accepted.

Requests for time off should be submitted for consideration.

Guaranteed hours are 40 per week.

Facility information indicates this is an acute care hospital setting.

Interdisciplinary support includes IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, and transportation.

Patient age groups primarily consist of adults with a daily census of around 10.

The unit has 5 rooms available for procedures.

Skills required include accurate monitoring, angioplasty, aortography, arrhythmia induction, cardiac mapping, catheter exchange, and multiple interventional procedures.

Candidates should be experienced in maintaining sterile techniques and equipment.

Two supervisor references are required after an offer is made.

Candidates must not have any latex allergies, as accommodations cannot be made.
