We're looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Quality Assurance RN to join our team and ensure that the care we provide consistently meets the highest standards.

As a Quality Assurance RN, you'll play a key role in reviewing clinical documentation, supporting compliance, and guiding staff toward excellence. You'll help maintain quality measures, provide education, and ensure our patients and families receive the five-star Ascend experience.

What You'll Do

• Review clinical documentation for accuracy, compliance, and quality of care
• Monitor adherence to regulatory standards and agency policies
• Provide feedback, training, and support to clinical staff
• Collaborate with leadership to improve patient outcomes and staff performance
• Participate in audits, surveys, and quality improvement initiatives
• Advocate for best practices to ensure exceptional patient care
