Job Description :
The Dance Company Team Manager will report to the Dance Company Co-Directors, and will be responsible for managing assigned facets of Dance Company operations in accordance with FIT Institutional and FIT Athletics rules and regulations. Team Manager duties may include assisting the Dance Company Co-Directors with any of the following responsibilities :

Salary
Stipend : $2,500 - $2,862 per year (based on experience, qualifications and budgetary allowance)
Work Schedule
Days / Hours : Mondays 6 : 30pm-9pm and Sundays 1pm- 5pm, in person; occasional overnight trips and weekends.
Terms : FIT coaching positions consist of at-will appointments that last for one fiscal year, and do not carry any medical, annual leave, sick leave, or other fringe benefit entitlement.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment
The working conditions for this position will be any combination of the classroom, office space and / or outdoors. The physical requirement for this position will require occasional sitting, constant standing, frequent bending, constant walking, and frequently lifting up to 10-20 lbs.
