Primary Responsibilities :
- Generate new business through cold calling, referrals, and networking
- Conduct in-home consultations and assessments
- Provide detailed quotes for AC, heating, plumbing, and electrical services
- Close sales and maintain customer relationships
- Follow up on maintenance agreements and service contracts
Required Skills :
Sales experience, preferably in home servicesStrong communication and presentation abilitiesTechnical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systemsCRM proficiencyValid driver's license and clean recordKey Functions :
