What You’ll Do

• Advise clients on employment law issues including discrimination, harassment, wage & hour, and termination.
• Represent clients in litigation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings.
• Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and compliance documents.
• Conduct internal investigations and provide strategic counsel on labor relations.
• Stay current on federal and Tennessee labor laws to ensure client compliance.
