Position Summary :

Based in Lafayette, LA the Heat Treater C will perform essential job functions associated with heat treatment under the direction of the Operations Supervisor to meet customer specifications including assisting other employees, as needed.

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Heat Treating Technician. Depending on your skills and experience, this role may be filled at one of the following levels :

Level C : Entry Level : 0 to 24 months of heat treating experience. You will be expected to learn and grow in your role, with guidance from senior team members.

Level B : Mid-Level : 2 to 3 years of experience in heat treatment. You should have a proven track record in heat treating, along with the ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.

Level A : Senior-Level : 3 to 5 years of experience and a deep understanding of heat treating. You will lead initiatives, mentor junior team members, and make strategic contributions to the department.
