A company is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst / Consultant Middle.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce users by troubleshooting issues and resolving system errors
Manage and prioritize support tickets to ensure timely resolution and monitor system performance
Collaborate with teams to escalate complex issues, test enhancements, and provide user training
Required Qualifications
Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ
Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and administration tools
Salesforce Administrator certification is required; Sales Cloud / CPQ certifications preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
English - Upper-Intermediate or higher
