Paralegal / IT Assistant : Klein & Wilson is looking for a paralegal with a wide range of technology knowledge to assist attorneys to manage cases and prepare for trial, and to assist in all aspects of firm's technology.

Responsibilities

Klein & Wilson is seeking to hire a full-time, on-site dedicated litigation paralegal and IT support. The position will assist attorneys in all aspects of running litigation matters, including :

• Update and maintain client files
• Assist attorneys with trial, arbitration, depositions, and other hearings
• Assist attorneys preparing PowerPoint presentations for trial, arbitration, etc.
• Interface with outside electronic discovery vendor and work with document review databases
• Assist attorneys with presenting exhibits at depositions, mediation, etc.
• Troubleshoot various hardware and software issues
• Assist with updating / maintaining all equipment, including replacement as needed
• Research and recommend various IT ideas, issues, new products
