We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated General Foreman to oversee construction operations for a general contracting firm. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing crews of up to 15 laborers and carpenters, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of laborers and carpenters on-site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure proper execution of work.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and crew members.
• Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and equipment usage.
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality control and safety.
• Train and mentor crew members to promote skill development and teamwork.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly and professionally.
