The Estimator will be responsible for assembling proposals issued by the Estimating Manager, reviewing each customers RFQs, and organizing the preparation of these proposals using industry-standard forms and methods. The role involves bidding, budgeting, project estimating, and scheduling for up to six projects simultaneously, with project sizes ranging from $50,000 to $40 million for both new and existing customers. The majority of the work (90%) is automotive-related, with the remainder in other industries.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and assemble detailed proposals for customer RFQs.
• Assist with bidding, budgeting, and project estimating.
• Schedule and manage up to six projects concurrently.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Interface with customers and vendors.
• Travel as needed to attend bid meetings and review job sites.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wixom, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00 / hr.
