About the Role :
We’re looking for a highly organized and personable Customer Experience Coordinator to join our corporate team. In this part-time, in-person role, you’ll provide essential support to SEE’s retail locations and customers—ensuring that every interaction reflects SEE’s signature service and attention to detail.
You’ll assist with scheduling and managing eye exam bookings, coordinating recall efforts, and responding to customer service inquiries that come through our corporate channels. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and enjoys creating seamless experiences behind the scenes.
