We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Strategist to join our Marketing department. In this full-time, hourly role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing innovative digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
• Create, manage, and optimize campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, search engines, and display advertising.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and leverage insights to refine campaign strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and generate detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to continuously improve strategies.
• Manage budgets for digital marketing campaigns and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
