Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for working with architectural team members and coordinating consultant responsibilities of studies, design, or construction documents of various scale projects.
What you will be doing
- Develop and maintain effective verbal, graphic, and written communication with clients that support positive, long-term relationships.
- Plan, direct and supervise the architectural team members and coordinate consultant responsibilities of studies, design or construction documents of various scale projects.
- Interpret, organize, execute and coordinate the development of individual or multiple projects, maintaining oversight to achieve goals of the firm.
- Assist in the creation and continued development of design concepts through all phases of design.
What you must have
7+ years of professional experience, inclusive of 2-4 years of experience in Education BuildingsBachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited 5-year program / schoolProficiency in REVITStrong, comprehensive knowledge of architectural principles / practices, including project financial, schedule, and resource planning.Working knowledge of building codes, standards, and building structures.Flexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development.Engaging communication style with clients, teams and consultantsMust be quality-minded and self-motivated, with the ability to coordinate multiple, constantly shifting priorities with strict deadlines.Experience and proficiency with Education Building projects preferred. Healthcare / Commercial / Institutional market experience is a plus.Knowledge and experience with sustainability standards, Revit, Bluebeam, Newforma and Office Suite is preferred.J-18808-Ljbffr
