Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a New Home Sales Counselor located in Coolidge, AZ. The New Home Sales Counselor will be responsible for customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, driving new home sales, and promoting home ownership!

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• New Home Sales and Sales skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Knowledge of the real estate market in Coolidge, AZ
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
