What we’ll expect from you and what you’ll be doing :

Working with architects, lead engineers, PM / BAs, and customers to participate in the design and implementation of solutions for our clients.

In the initial engagement, you will be joining a dynamic team of consultants, technologists, and digital-change agents who are dedicated to making their customers successful. As a capture developer, you will work closely with a project team to implement capture solutions. You will assist the project team on estimating tasks and implementing solutions based on best practices.

Job requirements

Zia is seeking a motivated Senior Developer for Tungsten Total Agility to join a dynamic team of consultants, technologists, and digital-change agents who are dedicated to making their customers successful.

In this role, you will work closely with a project team to implement capture solutions. You will assist the project team on estimating tasks and implementing solutions based on best practices.

A successful capture developer at Zia is someone who :

Can distill complex details and problems into digestible, easy-to-understand parts

Ability to estimate tasks

Has the skill set to establish trust with customers and partners

Can rapidly learn new technologies and solutions in content management, business process management, workflow automation, capture, data intelligence, and enterprise integration and security

Required :

At least 7 years professional .NET development experience

At least 7 years professional capture development (Tungsten TotalAgility, Ephesoft, ABBYY, etc)

Computer Science or equivalent undergraduate degree

Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server

Experience with source control systems and build automation (Git)

Desired :

JSP, JUnit, Spring, Eclipse, Hibernate, SOAP / REST, Maven

Agile software development methodologies

Angular

Knowledge of content management concepts and best practices

Experience with Tungsten TotalAgility

Experience with document management (like Alfresco, Mobius, or Box)

Experience in vertical solutions (like Accounts Payable, Mortgage, or Insurance)

Experience with Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence

Rate Range : $90-$120 / hour, depending on experience
