Glens Falls, NY is looking for an Oncology Registered Nurse for their Care Lane Location. Some traveling to Malta location may be needed. Must have minimum 2 years experience. Must have EPIC experience. Must have experience with outpatient Onc. Infusions. Must be proficient in peripheral IV insertions and port access. BLS and IV certifications are required and ONS Chemo Administration Certification or OCN Certification is required.

Charting : EPIC. -Cancer Center / Hematology / Onc : 17 exam rooms with 10 Providers. Average of 15 patients per day.-Cancer Center / Cancer Treatment Center : Charting : EPIC. 20 outpatient chairs. 5 to 8 patients per day. -Unit requires De-Escalation training through Welle, CPI or PMC S.
