Job description

100% FTE, Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm. No weekends or holidays. You will work at the regional Specialty Clinic located within Fort Memorial Hospital at 611 Sherman Ave E in Fort Atkinson, WI.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to :

  • Work as part of a small team in a fast-paced, regional ambulatory setting bringing specialized care and convenient access to UW Health patients locally.
  • Perform triage and inbasket messaging for patients of multi-specialties within the clinic to include urology, allergy, cardiology, neurology, neurosurgery, plastic surgery, pulmonology, rheumatology, sleep medicine and vascular surgery.
  • Provide focused support to the urology specialty by assisting providers with in clinic urology procedures, scheduling surgeries and providing patient education.

    • Qualifications

  • Graduate of school of nursing Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred

    • Work Experience

  • 6 months of RN experience Required
  • Relevant RN experience Preferred

    • Licenses & Certifications

  • Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire Required
  • CPR / BLS Certification Upon Hire Required
  • Applicable clinical certification Preferred
