• Complete basic labs (e.g., A1C, fit tests – no blood draws)
• Document and submit assessments via provided tablet (same-day submission required)
• Adapt to various home environments and manage logistical unpredictability (route changes, no-shows, cancellations)
• Maintain high-quality standards and timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with patients and the clinical support team
