Exciting opportunity for an experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant in northern New Hampshire. The ideal provider will have 3+ years of relevant experience and be able to work autonomously. Will be inheriting a panel of 300 patients + assist with Urgent Care visits. Flexible schedule, can be 5 / 8s, 4 / 10s or something less than 40 hours / week if that is your preference.
