Primary Care in CA : $300K to $345K + Sign-On (Ridgecrest)

We are seeking Family Medicine Physicians as well as Internal Medicine Physicians to join our clinics. The openings are for outpatient and primary care.The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and dedicated professional, committed to providing high-quality outpatientcare. This role involves working closely with our team to deliverpatient-focused services and contribute to the overall well-being of ourpatients.Ridgecrest Regional Hospital (RRH) has earned recognition from the American Medical Association (AMA) as a Joy in Medicine recognized organization.

Patient Care & Treatment

• Provide excellent and comprehensive patient care. Develop and communicate effective treatment plans with patients and their caregivers.
• Conduct thorough medical examinations and maintain detailed patient records.
• Update patient information and medical records with the latest findings and treatments in the hospital's electronic medical records.
• Management of services in accordance with established Clinics policies / procedures
• Order tests for healthcare staff to administer.
• Review and interpret test results.
• Reasonable patient load
