Description
The Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics oversees the daily analytical support of all areas of Marketing, ensuring work is appropriately balanced to support business initiatives. Analytical support uses a variety of methodologies to analyze quantitative and qualitative data across multiple sources to empower the teams and strategies for Marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Job Duties
- Lead a team of high-performing and engaged employees through effective people leadership practices including regular communication of performance expectations and feedback to employees to maintain high team performance; provide coaching and corrective action as required; actively support employee professional growth and development
- Lead a team data and reporting analysts to produce high quality analytical outputs that supports the strategic direction and team projects
- Meet established department metrics including high quality customer experience, effectiveness and efficiency; update leader on all major projects, employee issues and goal progress
- Create and document routine processes around data (mining, dictionary, etc)
- Facilitate scoping, prioritization, and capacity allocation for enterprise and business unit based analysis related to Marketing and supported business partners
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards and regulatory requirements across all marketing analytics initiatives, including data governance, privacy protocols, and reporting accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data governance controls and ensure consistent execution of data management processes, including reporting workflows, data quality monitoring, and compliance tracking.
- Lead analytical projects across multiple business lines and make recommendations to business line leaders based on findings.
- Prepare reporting to make informed conclusions on enterprise performance and present findings to key executives
- Lead the strategic design and maintenance of intelligence systems, reporting platforms, and other enhancements required to gather and analyze audience and portfolio data
- Facilitate the evolution of the enterprise analytical community by actively collaborating on cross-functional data enablement initiatives and contributing to governance forums, working groups, and recurring stakeholder alignment sessions.
Essential Skills
Minimum 7 years’ experience in an analytical role including querying relational databases and advanced reporting methodologiesMinimum 2 years experience leading and mentoring analysts of various skill sets.Minimum 2 years experience performing analysis within financial services or similar industryProven people management and development skills, adept at providing frequent and valuable performance feedback to develop and build employeesAbility to coordinate a variety of activities and projects and prioritize work under tight deadlinesAble to articulate complex concepts while tailoring the message to different audiences including senior leadership, technical teams, and member support teamsStrong problem solving and decision making skills; ability to resolve complex issues with minimal directionAbility to leverage data to provide insights and make strategic business recommendationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills; able to express ideas concisely and logicallyAbility to foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrated expertise in methodologies for developing and executing marketing campaigns, including strategic planning, audience targeting, channel selection, and performance optimization.Proficiency with visual reporting tools (such as Tableau, MS Power BI)Proficient in programming languages (such as Python, R, SQL)Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; Proficient in Microsoft OfficeMinimum Education : Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent prior work experienceCertification / License : SQL or Tableau certification preferredLocation : Hillsboro, OR 97124 | (HYBRID)
Target Compensation in Hillsboro, OR : $135k - $160k annually + annual bonus
