Real Estate Attorney

Overview

Our client, a top NJ based law firm, has an immediate opening for an experienced Real Estate Attorney. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of real estate experience to support a broad-based practice and wide variety of clients. Significant leasing experience required. The real estate law practice spans the full breadth of the industry, from representing landlords, purchasers, and developers in bull markets, to distressed tenants and financial institutions seeking workout advice in bear markets. This is a great opportunity to work on sophisticated deals. The firm offers growth and an excellent benefits package, including health insurance, flexible spending account, 401K, and more. New Jersey bar required; New York bar a plus.

Base pay range

$150,000.00 / yr - $177,000.00 / yr

Salary range for this position is $150K-$177K DOE plus discretionary bonus.
